We stand by the quality of our products and we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card according to the return policy stated herein.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to select a different item, you must return the original item for a refund, and then purchase another item.

Please follow these guidelines to be eligible for a refund:

- Products must have been purchased directly from Skinplicityskin.com

- Products must be returned within 30 days of ship date (To insure that your returns remain eligible for a refund, please have the original package return postmark included in the return before the 30-day return period expires).

- Please include a copy of your receipt and your reason for returning the product(s).

- We cannot accept returns on overly used products.

- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

- Products marked non-returnable cannot be returned.
